Student Teacher "Self-Evaluation" of Student Teaching: Standard Version

The video below is intended for student teachers, and shows how to complete a "self evaluation" of student teaching at mid- and end-of term on Taskstream using the Student Teaching Evaluation Form that will be completed by your university supervisor. When you complete this self evaluation, the information is sent to your university supervisor for review and additional assessment. You may print out the evaluation form after it is completed to share with your cooperating teacher, too.
